Our technician is properly trained in “low moisture” carpet cleaning. Cardinal Organic utilizes commercial-grade equipment to renew your carpet’s appearance, extend its life cycle, and help minimize the need for restorative hot water extraction.
Cardinal Organic provides hot water extraction services as well. Carpet mills recommend you have an “IICRC” carpet technician service your carpets every 12-18 months to keep your warranty enforce. Marijuana, cigarette, curry or cadaver odors are the most common odors we can remediate. Vehicles, Hotel Rooms, Apartments, and Single Family Homes. This process may require that you hire outside contractors to clean air ducts or remove and reinstall sheetrock (a separate process not connected to Cardinal Organic) before remediation can take place. The source must be removed. If you want a vehicle cleaned or are trying to sell your vehicle and need this process our rates are in the “schedule now” section of this website along with instructions.
Remediations pertaining to dwellings ie: Hotel Rooms, Apartments and Single-Family Homes in 2021 are currently $4.00 a square foot. There are various tools and methods for remediation and each situation presents its challenges. A thorough pre-inspection will need to be scheduled and an estimate will be made and sent to your email for your approval.
